• AS WITH MAJORITY OF COMMUNITIES, THE BASIC RULES APPLY HERE AT ~FAIRLAND. PLAY NICE, DO NOT CROSS THE OOC/IC LINES, DO NOT PLAGIARIZE, AND DO NOT HARASS YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS. WE ARE ALL HERE FOR A GOOD TIME, SO LEAVE THE DRAMA TO YOUR CHARACTERS.

• OUR CHARACTER LIMIT IS CURRENTLY SET AT TWO, PREFERRABLY FROM OPPOSITE GENDERS, THOUGH WE WILL TAKE SEXUAL ORIENTATION INTO CONSIDERATION.

• CONTENT THAT COULD BE LABELED AS OFFENSIVE, NSFW, OR LARGE IMAGES SHOULD BE PLACED BEHIND AN APPROPRIATELY LABELED CUT-TAG.

to apply make sure that you have the following completed beforehand:

• make sure you are using a username that relates to your characters' name and is free of numbers or unnecessary letters.

• have both an ic and ooc post in your journal.

• that you have completed a biography, detailed 3 paragraph blurb, or 10 detailed facts about your character. we want to get a good feel for everyone's characters.

• you have friended the mod journal to your examples. if you fail to do this, we will try to let you know before the next set of adds; although we cannot always guarantee this.

• two pieces of substancial writing a month (i.e. threads or journal entries) and commenting within the community.
